Fine I'll write this.... The Joy of Horse Riding

I'm sitting here doing my school with Bracie and Ophelia when Bracie randomly says,"You need to write a blog post."
Then chimes in Ophelia, "Yes Gabby you really should."
I really did not want too, so trying to get out of it I said the stupidest thing "What would I write about?"
If you know Bracie and Ophelia you would know that if you wanted to get out of anything with them you don't say that! So of course they find something for me to write about, and that would be our horse ride yesterday, which was amazing!
One of my favorite horses of all time is Max (Brace and Ophelia's horse). Almost every time I come over we ride, and I always ride Max, the horse in the picture. The most recent time we rode (yesterday) was so much fun we did every thing from walking, to cantering, to jumping. On one of the jumps I did with Max I fell off. It was two jumps one right after the other, the first one quite big. I was not ready for the second one when Max jumped it and thus I fell off.
I really don't mind falling off a horse (especially one as short as Max). It didn't hurt, and all I got was a tiny little cut on my thumb.
And this leads me to my point. Your not a real horse rider until you fall off a horse. Why? Because if you don't fall off your always expecting to fall off, and are scared of it. And when you finally fall you realize that you might get a few bumps or scrapes (Some times it can be more then that, but not normally) but its not really that bad, and your not scared after that. It's like your set free.
That's what I think about falling off a horse, and if you don't agree with me leave a comment on why you don't. I would love to hear why.

Redemption

This is my beautiful baby Redemption (Red for short). He is the cutest, cuddliest, friendliest baby horse in the world! And the best part is he thinks he's a lap horse. Yup, often I will walk down to the end of the driveway, shut the gate,walk up and let the horses out in the yard. After that when you go to sit in a chair out in the lawn he comes right up to you and tries to climb up on your lap! The sad thing is I have to say no and push him away. Why? Well I have to be mom, and you can't let a baby horse do that. If you do he will try it when he's older and can you imagine a big horse climbing up on your lap? I don't think so! Anyway I just thought you guys would just love to see my baby! I love him to pieces and think he is the cutest thing in the world (don't all pet owners think their pet is the cutest?).

Yup, That's my brother for you!!! Caleb, Sooo cute!

We walked up to the top of our "mountain" (more like a hill), and its not really our mountain but the foot of it is in our back yard. It was a long walk, and I can't believe his and Emma's little feet made it to the top and all the way back down!!

There were some amazing views, and I would put some pictures up, but our computer is really really slow and I don't want to wait here for 10 hours. Plus we have to leave in a half-an-hour to go help clean up our great grandmas house for our grandpas funeral.

"Gabrielle!!" my mom yells from up stairs.
